If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn items to us within 5 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If there is an error with your order or an item is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt. We will replace unworn or unused defective or damaged items with the originally ordered item with proof of damage.
If there is an error with your order at the fault of Mommy Jawn LLC and the incorrect item is sent, the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered, or a refund issued, upon receipt of the incorrect item. Incorrect items must be sent back to Mommy Jawn within 5 business days of us issuing a return shipping label. If the item it not returned within 5 business days, all sales are final.
If you do not alert us to any damage or errors within 3 business days, after 3 business days all sales are final.
